Job summary

Platinum Parking is seeking an Assistant Parking Operations Manager for Children's Hospital Dallas and Plano Campuses. Starting at 50K, you will oversee parking and valet operations, staff and revenue controls, and customer relations across multiple campuses.

You will manage daily activities, ensure compliance with policies, and drive accurate reporting while fostering a diverse, inclusive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Parking facility/garage experience required; valet experience preferred.
• English reading, speaking and writing required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reports.
• Ability to calculate basic figures in Excel (discounts, percentages, commissions).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write reports.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a professional, diverse, and customer-focused team.
• Ensure facilities operate per policy including revenue control and maintenance.
• Ensure proper staffing, supplies and opening/closing procedures.
• Manage revenue loss, theft or shrinkage of monies or equipment.
• Assist in collecting, recording and depositing revenues.
• Oversee contract parker program with proper registration and billing.
• Prepare and verify daily and monthly reports.
• Foster an environment of integrity, problem-solving and collaboration.
• Respond to email and calls with prompt, customer-oriented service.
