Job summary

UCLA Health in Los Angeles is seeking a Parking Supervisor to lead a small team of parking assistants at the RNPH UCLA Campus. You will ensure a positive parking experience for staff, patients, and visitors while adhering to department policies.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, responding to opportunities to resolve issues promptly, coordinating compliance training, running daily reports on vehicle counts and finances, and overseeing PARCS system maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid California driver license.
  • Ability to assess situations and respond per policy.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience coordinating staff and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards as outlined by department policies and procedures.
  • Create and manage the schedule for parking assistants.
  • Respond to all patient opportunities to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate all required compliance training for parking staff.
  • Run reports, track vehicle counts and financial data on a daily basis.
  • Attend all meetings and communicate all necessary information to location staff.
  • Oversee operations of the PARCS system to ensure scheduled maintenance is performed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
