• Maintain excellent customer service standards as outlined by department policies and procedures.
• Create and manage the schedule for parking assistants.
• Respond to all patient opportunities to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Facilitate all required compliance training for parking staff
• Run reports, track vehicle counts and financial data on a daily basis
• Attend all meetings and communicate all necessary information to location staff
• Oversee operations of the PARCS system to ensure scheduled maintenance is performed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Salary Range: $67,700 - $134,700 / annually
