Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at healthcare locations, ensuring safety, service quality, and financial performance while leading frontline teams to deliver an exceptional patient and visitor experience.

You will coordinate with hospital partners, manage multiple service lines, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements while driving revenue, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site healthcare operations preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of union environments and Collective Bargaining Agreements preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop teams of employees across assigned healthcare location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct activities of on-site employees and operational leaders.
• Ensure operational, safety, financial, and service expectations are achieved across locations.
• Build relationships with healthcare clients and stakeholders to support satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee service lines such as valet, self-parking, shuttle/transportation, and patient transportation.
