Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Las Vegas seeks an entry-level location attendant to assist daily parking operations, support client relations, and uphold company standards. You will help maintain equipment, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure safety and compliance under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic communication skills, and a willingness to learn. The role includes lifting up to 25 pounds and regular interaction with customers at a busy site.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly; can interpret written information.
• Customer service oriented – maintains positive attitude and responds to requests for service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location and foster client relations.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities and management duties at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and promote a professional image.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general duties as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety hazards or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
