Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years in parking facility management with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with parking facility operations and financial management.
• Certifications such as Certified Parking Professional are a plus.

Responsibilities
