Legacy Parking Company seeks a dependable Maintenance Porter to help keep a parking facility in Atlanta clean, safe, and well-maintained. This full-time role requires Monday–Friday availability and active involvement in daily upkeep and customer-facing operations.

The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance, equipment operation, and proactive communication with the Location Manager and customers to ensure a positive parking experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles.
• Experience using power washers and floor scrubbers preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep parking garages and lots clean, safe, and maintained to company standards.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks including cleaning grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas; complete safety checks and minor repairs; apply paint, sealants, and lubrication as needed; remove trash and debris.
• Operate maintenance equipment such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers.
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule provided by the Location Manager.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in log systems; notify management of supply needs in a timely manner.

Legacy Parking is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Maintenance Porter to help maintain a parking facility in the Atlanta. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and is committed to keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.

This is a full-time role with required availability Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance & Appearance

• Ensure parking garages and lots are clean, safe, and maintained to company standards.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks including:
  • Cleaning grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
  • Completing safety checks and minor repairs
  • Applying paint, sealants, and lubrication as needed
  • Removing trash and debris
• Operate maintenance equipment such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers.
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule provided by the Location Manager.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in log systems.
• Notify management of material or supply needs in a timely manner.

Customer Service

• Represent Legacy Parking with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Assist customers or visitors courteously, ensuring a great parking experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Work may include medium to heavy physical activity on a daily basis.
