Qualifications

• Open availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze market rate structures and produce regular financial and operational reports.
• Process invoices, enroll and manage monthly contract partners, including GL posting.
• Ensure compliance with parking, security, and cash control procedures; assist audits.
• Lead and develop the team; oversee payroll processing and timekeeping with HR.
• Drive revenue, manage expenses, and uphold client service standards.
