Job summary

The Municipality of Princeton’s Office of Parking Operations in the Infrastructure and Operations Department is seeking an enthusiastic candidate for a non-union Parking Supervisory Support role.

Under the direction of the Parking Supervisor, the Parking Supervisory Support assists the Parking Supervisor and Assistant Parking Supervisor to administer and enhance municipal parking operations, facilities and programs.

Qualifications

• Full-time position in Princeton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
• Supervise daily operations and parking employees (meter technicians and garage attendants).
• Accept and process payments.
• Prepare reports.
• Communicate, save and share videos of accidents.
• Perform basic facility and equipment maintenance.
• Represent Parking Operations in municipal court.
• Transport Parking mail between municipal facilities.
• Interact with the public, parking enforcement officers, and vendors.
