SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an on-site location assistant to support daily parking operations. You will help ensure contractual compliance, supervise frontline staff, and assist in financial and operational reporting.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing shift needs. Qualifications include a high school diploma and a preference for parking experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; parking experience preferred.
• Shift availability varies by location; 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens and asks questions for clarification.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly; can interpret written information.
• Customer service: strong customer orientation and courteous, professional demeanor.
• Adaptability: able to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Judgment: demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.
• Physical demands: ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds; manual dexterity with cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location per contractual guidelines.
• Support client relations and promote a professional image.
• Supervise staff, process deposits, schedule and train frontline workers, prepare reports.
• Maintain knowledge of garage layout and local landmarks.
• Assist with maintenance and safety tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
