Job summary

SP+ is seeking a part-time Special Events Supervisor- Driving in Philadelphia, PA. You will supervise parking operations, ensure smooth shift transactions, and maintain safety and order in the lot while representing the SP+ brand outdoors.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma, ability to read English, and a valid driver's license. You will interact with customers, resolve issues on the spot, and coordinate with security and police when needed.

Qualifications

• Cashier or parking operations experience preferred but not required.
• Must read and comprehend simple English instructions.
• Able to handle customer problems and adapt to changing conditions.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Verify shift transactions against cashier's money on hand during bank drops.
• Respond to customer service issues and resolve on the spot.
• Maintain order in assigned lot and relationships with police/security personnel.
• Supervise employees and liaison between staff and upper management.
• Count vehicles on location during shift and maintain uniform appearance.
• Report policy violations or safety hazards to managers.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with revenue control equipment.
• Complete daily inspections and required documentation.
• Assist with debris cleanup and substitute for other positions.
• Know garage areas and major streets/landmarks in the area.
