Job summary

City and County of Denver is seeking an entry level Employee Parking Office Agent at Denver International Airport. You will deliver excellent customer service, inform city employees and the public about parking permits, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing, occasional lifting, and driving city vehicles. A valid driver’s license is required along with at least two years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions and maintain details.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Inform employees and the public about parking permits.
• Multi-task and manage multiple projects with interruptions.
• Communicate professionally via phone, in person, email and written notes.
• Follow Parking and Transportation policies and City codes.
• Maintain schedule flexibility including weekends and overtime when required.
