Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or general maintenance work preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of the facility (lighting, minor repairs) and maintain cleanliness of the property.
• Complete daily custodial tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Maintain garage appearance; clean and maintain painted surfaces.
• Check parking equipment daily and assist with maintenance as directed.
• Move about the facility using company vehicles as required.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
