Jamestown Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate daily activities, and support operations while maintaining property cleanliness and safety standards.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, initiative, and adherence to procedures. In-person schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 12:00pm–8:00pm, supervised by the Assistant Parking Manager & Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to use computer and mobile device for operational tasks.

• Inspect property and enforce standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure proper inventory and equipment maintenance; assist management with scheduling.
