Job Location: 5850 Churchman Ave, Beech Grove, Indiana 46203

Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift (8pm-6am), days vary, schedule subject to change based on business needs.

Salary Range: Starting at $17/hour for non-CDL holders, $20/hour for valid Class A or B CDL holders. Compensation depends on experience.

Job Summary: Operate a Sweeper Truck at commercial shopping and retail centers. Responsibilities include operating the truck, collecting trash, blowing off walk areas, picking up large debris, and cleaning parking areas. Must navigate traffic, stay organized, log information accurately, and be alert while driving and getting in and out of the truck multiple times a night.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-inspection of the Sweeper Truck for safety and operation.
• Review assigned shopping centers and parking garages.
• Ask questions if route details are unclear.
• Operate the Air Sweeper Truck to remove debris and trash as per customer scope.
• Travel safely to each stop, potentially covering up to 13 stops per night.
• Complete tasks efficiently within scheduled time and guidelines.
• Maintain quality standards and track completed tasks.
• Report equipment issues, near misses, or accidents immediately.
• Refuel the truck at the end of the shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL A or B with current medical card preferred.
• Willingness to obtain a DOT physical if necessary.
• Pass pre-employment compliance checks.
• Work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Exposure to noise, fumes, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Good vision and focus, use of safety equipment required.
