You will handle ticketing and payments, complete logs, monitor activity, and support operations with a professional, customer-focused attitude. Schedule includes both full-time and part-time shifts; non-exempt with overtime as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check required and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records.
• Check lot regularly for safety and compliance.
• Keep booth and parking area clean; assist with light janitorial tasks.
• Assist guests with payments and questions; maintain a friendly attitude.
• Communicate with team via radios and support a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time and follow company policies; maintain professional appearance.
• Attend trainings and adapt to scheduling needs.
