Parking Management Company in Gainesville, GA seeks a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to deliver friendly, safe parking experiences. This role directs traffic, assists guests, and monitors the lot outdoors in all weather.

You will handle tickets and payments, keep logs, label keys, report issues, and maintain clean, orderly areas while upholding company policies and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments – Issue tickets, handle payments accurately and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation – Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document parking activity.
• Administrative Support – Label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance – Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, ensure vehicles are parked securely.
• Lot Maintenance – Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; light cleaning or janitorial tasks as needed.
• Customer Service – Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication – Use radios, stay in contact with the team, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance – Arrive on time, follow policies, maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Additional Duties – Attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs.
