Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records.
• Security & compliance: check the lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles are parked per policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean, assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: help guests with payments and parking questions, stay helpful.
