Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. You will direct traffic, assist customers, monitor the lot, and help keep the area clean and secure.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Schedule: Full Time or Part-Time; status: Non-Exempt; compensation: hourly base rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; attitude essential.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check required; clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic, assist customers, and manage payments and tickets.
• Complete shift logs and track revenue and activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized vehicle records.
• Check lots for security and enforce parking policies.
• Keep the area clean; perform light janitorial tasks.
• Assist guests with questions; provide friendly service.
• Communicate via radios; support team coordination.
• Punctual attendance and professional appearance required.
• Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
