Responsibilities

• Packages customer purchases in an efficient manner.
• Assists customers in carrying out purchases.
• Assists customers with product questions.
• Discusses items with customers including taste profile and preparation tips.
• May return merchandise to shelves.
• Provide fast, friendly service with a smile.
• Directs CSAs in the parking lot when needed.
• Ensure baskets and carts are available at entrances.
• Assist customers unloading merchandise to their vehicle.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation of kids/electric carts and infant seats.
• Ensure carts are charged and in working condition.
• Provide water and maintain supplies (Sani-Wipes).
• Communicate parking lot issues to management.
