Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Service Representative (Parking Lot Attendant) to return carts, perform general clean‑up duties, and assist customers as needed. In this role you will collect carts from the parking lot, remove trash from carts, clean the surrounding area, maintain store cleanliness, relocate baskets for department setups, and communicate supply needs to the Front End Manager.

Candidates should be able to work in extreme temperatures, in a fast‑paced environment, and deliver friendly service

Responsibilities

• Collects carts from the parking lot.
• Removes trash from carts prior to returning to cart storage.
• Cleans and maintains landscaping around the Store.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the Store front elevation.
• Cleans, sweeps, mops, dusts and maintains store cleanliness.
• Relocates baskets and parts for department setup.
• Performs red basket fill up / retrieval.
• Communicates supply needs to Front End Manager.
• Assists customers in locating merchandise.
• Performs duties with a total Store mindset.
