Responsibilities

• Ticketing, payments processing, and accurate record-keeping.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain orderly records of vehicles.
• Ensure security, follow policies, and monitor for unsafe situations.
• Keep parking area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions in a friendly manner.
• Communicate with team via radios and maintain a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time and uphold professional appearance and conduct.
• Take on additional duties and training as needed.
