Parking Management Company in Columbus, OH is hiring a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to ensure a safe, organized parking experience for guests. You will direct traffic, assist customers, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean.

The role requires friendliness, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. This non-exempt, hourly position offers overtime opportunities, on-site work, and benefits including health and life insurance, paid time off, and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Background check with clear results required.
• Willingness to work outdoors, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and process payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of vehicles.
• Monitor lot security and enforce parking policy.
• Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Use radios to stay connected with the team and support operations.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Take on additional tasks and attend training sessions as needed.
