• Ticketing & Payments – Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Reporting & Documentation – Complete shift logs and track tickets/revenue.
• Administrative Support – Label keys and record vehicle details.
• Security & Compliance – Monitor lot and report unsafe activity.
• Lot Maintenance – Keep area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer Service – Assist guests with payments and questions.
