Park 'N Fly by The Parking Spot is seeking part-time Parking Guest Attendants to assist guests at entry and exit lanes, greet customers, answer phones, and provide information on TPS Spot Club. Roles involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in English.
• Comfortable using Apple devices and kiosk systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance at entry and exit lanes.
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices.
• Collaborate with team to deliver the best guest experience.
• Keep work areas neat and clean.
• Provide information on the TPS Spot Club program.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
