Job summary

Park 'N Fly by The Parking Spot is hiring part-time Supervisors to support shift operations at our Minneapolis location. The role emphasizes team leadership, guest service, and daily supervision of staff across parking attendants and shuttle drivers.

You will help ensure safety, facility cleanliness, and timely shift coverage while upholding our standards of service. Training and development are provided along with an employee ownership program and benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driving record as required by the Employee Handbook.
• Able to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform their duties as required.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety of vehicles, customers, and employees.
• Report vehicle accidents or injuries to management.
• Audit daily work of PGAs and Shuttle Drivers.
• Fill shifts or cover shifts as needed.
• Perform frontline roles as requested by management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
