The Parking Spot is hiring a Parking Guest Attendant in College Park, GA for all shifts as a full-time position. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and help maintain a smooth guest experience across the lanes and kiosks. Pay is $13 per hour with regular bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety.
• Comfort with Apple devices and kiosk systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests at exit and entry lanes with quick, courteous service.
• Answer phones and assist customers using mobile devices while serving guests.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver the best guest experience.
• Keep work areas neat and clean.
• Provide information on TPS Spot Club program.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
