Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Parking Guest Attendant to welcome guests, assist at entry/exit lanes, and respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will use iPhone/iPad devices and the kiosk system to help guests, answer calls, and guide them through the TPS Spot Club program.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety purposes.
• Comfortable using Apple devices and kiosk systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide assistance at entry and exit lanes.
• Answer phones and assist customers using mobile devices.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a great guest experience.
• Keep work areas neat and clean; provide information on TPS Spot Club.
• Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
