Job summary

The Parking Spot is hiring Shuttle Drivers in the Austin area for Afternoon & Evening shifts. The role involves safe transport of customers between our facility and the airport, with up to 15 passengers per trip. We emphasize safety, service, and knowledge of the airport environment.

Starting pay is $12 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement. Eligible employees receive benefits, paid time off, and access to training and development programs.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently to interact with the public and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers and assist with luggage with a smile.
• Provide pleasant customer service and know facility/airport terminal layout.
• Cooperate with team members to deliver excellent service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
