Propark Mobility seeks a Parking Garage Supervisor at The Ohio State University campus to oversee front-line staff and uphold premier service standards. You will act as an ambassador to our client, guests, and team, driving positive results in a dynamic environment.

The role requires supervision, scheduling, and performance management, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and teamwork, in a respectful, energetic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
• Must have a valid DMV driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of employment.
• Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability.
• Strong conversational communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and trains Ambassadors to ensure job expectations are met.
• Motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Promote good customer relations with premier service and a can-do attitude.
• Complete work orders related to equipment issues or other reports.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety, reporting issues to local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Two positions are available

Full Time

Sunday - Wednesday

9pm - 7am

Part Time

Saturday - Sunday

6am - 2pm

We are seeking an exceptional Parking Garage Supervisor to join our team.

Propark Mobility is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Parking Garage Supervisor opening. As a Parking Garage Supervisor, your role is first and foremost, as ambassador to our client, their customers, and the team members within our organization.

Our Parking Garage Supervisors are responsible for exhibiting Propark’s culture and mission statement plus also recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of their team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fun, progressive environment in which people are provided strong direction and then empowered to complete their objectives.

• Who are you?
• High school diploma or GED required
• You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
• Must have a valid DMV driver’s license, for at least 3 years.
• Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.
• You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with strong experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
• You have a flexible schedule meaning that the position requires working weekends and holidays.
• You have strong conversational communication skills.

• Performs other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
