Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Parking Garage Maintenance staff member for the 6:00am-2:00pm shift at the 4th Ave Parking Deck in Birmingham, AL. The role involves general maintenance, custodial duties, and helping ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility.

Compensation is $15.00 per hour, with potential for growth within the operations team. TheMaintenance staff collaborates with the Location Manager and Shift Supervisor to deliver a positive guest experience, perform routine

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior custodial, janitorial, or general maintenance work preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic upkeep tasks to maintain facility cleanliness and appearance.
• Carry out daily custodial tasks: sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Maintain garage appearance, clean painted surfaces, and keep equipment areas tidy.
• Inspect parking equipment; assist with maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Remove debris from entrances/exits using provided tools.
• Manage inventory of janitorial supplies and place orders as needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates; report issues as needed.
• Report accidents, safety concerns, or facility issues to management.
• Interact politely with guests, clients, and staff to represent the company well.
• Operate company vehicles (golf carts, light vehicles) safely within the site.
