Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring for a Parking Garage Maintenance role at UAB Hospital. The position runs 2p-10p in a full-time capacity at location 1801 4th Ave S, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

The Maintenance staff performs general upkeep, custodial tasks, and basic repairs to ensure facility safety and guest satisfaction. You will work with the team to meet company standards and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E‑Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic upkeep such as lighting replacement and minor repairs.
• Complete daily custodial tasks: sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Maintain garage appearance; keep painted surfaces clean and maintained.
• Check parking equipment and assist with maintenance as directed.
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately.
• Operate company vehicles within the facility as required.
