Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant for UAB Highlands, mornings, with a shift from 8:00am to 4:00pm. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles while delivering a high level of customer service.

Base pay is $15.00 per hour, and the position is full-time at the UAB Highlands location (1201 11th Ave South). Responsibilities include greeting guests, issuing tickets, and ensuring accurate vehicle tracking, while maintaining safety standards and professional interactions with

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check and comply with laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information via electronic devices.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and accurate tracking of vehicle location.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings with tickets or devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Open vehicle doors and assist with loading/unloading personal items while representing the brand professionally.
• Maintain vehicle safety by directing traffic and monitoring drive areas.
