Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is hiring a Parking Garage Maintenance staff to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well‑operated.

Based at 4th Ave Parking Deck, you will perform basic custodial tasks, routine maintenance, and daily inspections of parking equipment, while delivering friendly service to guests. You will work 6:00am‑2:00pm, enjoy a stable on‑site role with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health plans, life and disability insurance, a 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Background check required per policy and law.
• Authorized to work in the United States with eligibility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic custodial tasks and facility upkeep.
• Conduct daily inspections of parking equipment and report issues.
• Assist with general maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the garage.
• Interact professionally with guests and teammates.
• Operate light-duty vehicles as required.
