Coralville Community Aquatic is seeking a Parking Maintenance Worker to perform repair, upkeep, janitorial tasks and maintenance of parking facilities and equipment. The role includes snow removal and enforcing parking regulations, with evening and weekend shifts to support arena events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of increasing responsible experience in maintenance and repair of parking facilities and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, upkeep, janitorial and maintenance of parking facilities and related equipment.
• Snow removal duties as needed.
• Enforce City parking regulations and take action when violations occur.
• Support Xtream Arena/GreenState Family Fieldhouse and IRL events with evening/weekend work.
