Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Maintenance role to support our parking facility operations. You will perform general maintenance and custodial tasks, keep equipment functioning, and assist guests with courteous service. Teamwork with the Operations team ensures safety and cleanliness across shifts.

The position offers a steady schedule, with varied shifts and the opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior custodial or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and verify eligibility to work in the United States.
• Adaptable to a flexible schedule and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to operate in a safety-conscious manner around guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and custodial tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Maintain the garage appearance, including poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs and gates.
• Conduct daily checks of parking equipment and assist with repairs as directed.
• Clear debris from entrance/exit areas and manage inventory of supplies.
• Provide courteous guest assistance and escalate issues as needed.
• Operate company vehicles safely within the parking facility.
