Job summary

InterPark Holdings LLC is seeking a hardworking Facilities/Janitorial team member in Chicago, IL to keep parking facilities clean inside and outside. You may assist with cashiering, customer service, or shuttle driving depending on location.

Pay rate is $17.05 per hour with available Sun/Mon evening shifts. This role involves physical work and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform basic janitorial and maintenance duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial and maintenance tasks with proper safety precautions.
• Clean windows, vents, fixtures; mop walkways and restrooms.
• Move equipment/furniture using proper lifting techniques.
• Snow removal and de-icing as required by location.
• Monitor safety and security of the work area; report hazards.
• Greet customers and assist as needed at entry points.
• Drive/park company vehicles or operate shuttle buses where required.
• Coordinate with management on maintenance needs.
