The position supports events and daily operations across ramps, lots, and skywalks. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to meet DOT standards if required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional customer assistance across parking ramps, lots, and skywalks.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors; clean high-touch surfaces and dispose waste.
• Identify and report facility damage or maintenance issues; perform minor tasks.
• Perform snow and ice removal; operate snow/lawn equipment with training.
• Conduct security patrols, lockups, and access checks; direct traffic when needed.
• Monitor inventory of custodial supplies; restock as needed and report shortages.
• Coordinate tasks with teammates and communicate facility needs to supervisors.
