Job summary

Olympia Development of Michigan is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, safety and repair of parking facilities, including garages and surface lots. You will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate inspections and repairs to provide a safe environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training certification required.
• 2+ years in parking services or facilities maintenance, with 1+ year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and basic computer programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for parking garages and lots.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of parking areas.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Assign work orders and track completion of tasks.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and hazardous conditions.
• Coordinate with parking operations, security, and management teams.
• Ensure adherence to policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain records and prepare incident or damage reports.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security for guest and staff safety.
• Maintain upkeep of all parking facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
