The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, payment processing, and clear communication with customers to ensure a smooth parking experience. Evening and weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse customers.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach to service delivery.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS systems or payment terminals.

Responsibilities
