SP+ is a leading parking services company in Nashville, seeking a customer‑facing role responsible for processing payments, guiding customers, and maintaining orderly flow at the gate. You will work outdoors in varying weather, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one situations to customers and other employees of the company.
• Mathematical Skills: add, subtract, and handle money calculations.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work every scheduled day, on time and in a neat and clean uniform.
• Courteously assist customers by answering questions.
• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or in carts.
• Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked.
• Give directions and inform customers of various locations in the city.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Report safety hazards or violations to the Facility or Senior Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area.
• Count cash at shift start and verify totals.
• Collect cash and/or coupons and issue receipts or tickets.
• Make change and complete cashier shift report.
