Job summary

SP+ in Baltimore is seeking a Parking Attendant to guide customers to available spaces, count vehicles, and issue warnings while ensuring a safe and seamless parking experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, vaccination as a condition of employment, and availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. You must be punctual, in uniform, and able to communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and current address.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work 2nd, 3rd shifts and/or weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (documentation required).
• Ability to read, write, and handle US currency and memos.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes calmly.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience.
• Count vehicles on location during shift as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors violating garage policies.
• Provide assistance to customers who forgot where they parked.
• Maintain punctuality, be in uniform, and show up for scheduled shifts.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
