Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for clients by resolving requests and concerns, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it and noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways to provide a seamless transportation experience.
• Arrive in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work for each shift.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
