Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Comfortable with Android and Apple devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver''s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during parking enforcement.
• Enforce parking policy using LPR system.
• Assist customers with pay stations and mobile pay apps.
• Coordinate with security and management on issues.
• Maintain professional appearance of LPR vehicle.
