Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Houston seeks Event Staff to assist customers during events at the University of Houston. You will handle payment inquiries, process fees, and help guests enter and exit the lot with a friendly, policy-driven approach.

You will document passes, prepare shift reports, balance cash, and keep the site tidy and safe. Prior experience in customer service or parking operations is preferred, and you must be able to work variable shifts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Basic knowledge of parking equipment and POS systems.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment inquiries and parking in/out process.
• Handle irate customers and resolve issues within site policies.
• Process tickets and collect parking fees; document passes in logbook.
• Prepare shift reports and sort tickets; balance cash deposits.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and safety concerns and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, neat site and manage tools/equipment on duty.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and ensure a positive experience.
