Job summary

LAZ Parking in The Pearl Salinas, CA is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer to monitor on-street meters and enforce local parking regulations. The role involves upholding local ordinances and supporting daily operations on a full-time schedule with hours rotating between 6am-2:30pm and 11am-7:30pm.

The position requires a High School diploma and a valid driver's license with at least two years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
• Must be open to feedback and differing opinions.
• Ability to handle emotionally charged situations.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-street parking meters for violations following an assigned route.
• Maintain and care for all company issued equipment.
• Assist with any special assignments and projects as requested.
