Job summary

Propark Mobility in Sacramento, CA is hiring Valet Attendants to join our guest services team for full-time and part-time roles. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, explain rates, and ensure safety and compliance with company guidelines. Start dates are immediate.

We value energetic, reliable individuals who can stand and walk for long periods, handle up to 50 lbs, and communicate clearly with guests. Competitive pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (at least 2 years).
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and guide guests to retrieve self-park vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles before possession and follow guidelines.
• Maintain uniform appearance and professional demeanor; resolve issues as needed.
• Be outdoors and active most of the day; may lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for*

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Must haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
