Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking a Parking Valet Attendant in San Francisco, CA for part-time, on-call shifts. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, explain rates, and maintain safety and cleanliness while working outdoors. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver\'s license with at least 2 years of driving
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and resolves issues positively

Responsibilities

• Always greet guests cheerfully and thank them on exit
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
• Explain parking rates and instruct guests on self-park procedures
• Inspect vehicles before possession and follow company guidelines
• Maintain a neat uniform appearance and be friendly to guests
• Work outside most of the day, standing and walking; may lift up to 50 lbs
• May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks by local management

Pay Rate: $22.12 per Hour plus Cash Tips

Job Type: Part-Time and On-Call

Location: San Francisco, CA

Union: (CA)-Local 665 Class A

Open Shifts & Schedule: AM/PM ( Must be able to work on Weekends )

• 2 Years Driver's License

Hired employees shall become members of Teamsters Local Union 665 within (31) days of employment.

• day probationary period.

• Guaranteed (4) hours pay per shift.
• Part-Time employees who work (20) hours a week are eligible for Holiday pay.
• Part-Time employees are given first consideration for full-time positions.
• Part-Time employees working (20) hours a week are eligible for pro-rated vacation pay.
• Graveyard receives an additional 10% premium for all hours worked on entire shift.

And FREE on-shift PARKING (where available)

You will have the first and last impression of our client’s customers.

Providing a warm welcome, and delivering memorably excellent service, you will drive our company to new horizons.

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Must Haves
