Job summary

Towne Park in Nashville, TN is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to support garage, lot and facility operations. You will assist customers, handle cashiering, issue citations, and help maintain equipment and signage.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, and benefits include 401(k) and insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good communication and math skills are required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, parkers, co‑workers, and clients.
• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations according to guidelines for non‑paid or timed‑expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage and perform basic maintenance duties.
• Operate and troubleshoot parking meters/equipment and complete reports.
