Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, parkers, coworkers, and clients
• Patrol and monitor each lot to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked
• Enforce lots by issuing citations according to guidelines
• Manage lot signage and perform maintenance or replacement as needed
• Keep lots clean by picking up trash and maintaining signage
• Troubleshoot parking meters and related equipment
• Prepare reports and file paperwork on violations and citations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Assist with seasonal tasks including snow removal
• Perform other duties as assigned
